I am an owner of three apartments in a fifteen unit complex. The Body Corporate discovered some building defects a few years ago which have resulted in a requirement for reclad and other remedial works. ASJ are the Property Consultancy which we employed to project manage the required works.

This has meant that the selection of the main contractor was a thorough and well managed process and owners have the assurance to know that the project and the main contractor is being well managed. Through a trusting and transparent approach owners are confident that notwithstanding COVID delays, the project will be delivered on time and within budget.
